From the highlands of Sidama, Ethiopia — a region that only recently became viable for coffee due to shifting climates. The station behind this lot put four coffees in the Cup of Excellence top ten. We roasted this one medium and experienced fragrant, clean and bright notes with a lingering sweetness.
